A: We have specialized R&D teams focusing on design, engineering, electronics, optics and processing, as well as lighting
solutions, so definitely we can provide OEM and ODM services.
Q2. How can I obtain a sample?
A: Contact us and we will handle it.
Q3. What is the production lead time?
A: We keep a ready to ship stock level on certain product lines, others usually take 45-50days.
Q4. What is the delivery time? A: We offer shipping via sea, road, rail and air. The shipment time depends on the choice of
transportation. Q5. What is the warranty?
A: We offer a minimum 2 year warranty along with a comprehensive after sale service.
Q6. Are the products certified?
A: Yes, we are fully certified for the EU, US and UK markets. If you require any other forms of certificates, do get in touch. It
should be noted that CE Lighting pays high attention to intellectual property of both parties,
so we will sign a confidentiality agreement to protect our intellectual property. For your ODM/new items, we promise you that we
will never show it in public or show it to other clients.

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.
